Worst

Went for our 1 year anniversary dinner on a non busy Sunday evening and... Pros: Ambience is nice Cons: Service is questionable for the prices they're charging on food.

Karaoke 9/8/2011

this was my first time going to karaoke night on wed night it was so much fun. it does not matter if you are a good singer or just okay everyone come out to have fun, sing a few songs have a couple of drinks and have a great time, this is one of the best nights i have had. more

A must do 9/8/2011

I love Azucar they have great events that are always so much fun. I have so much fun at the karaoke night on Wednesday, its a great place to go after work to have a drink and a little food to wait for the traffic to die down. The prices are extremely good at happy hour which is always a plus. more

Dinner and Dancing 9/7/2011

The wife and I came in for dinner the food was good we had to try the mojitos since we have been hearing how good they are and we must agree. After dinner we went into the back lougne and danced the night away this is a good spot for dancing and having good food and drinks. more

girls night out is always fun at azucar we come in and have dinner which is always good a little dancing and a few drinks and we are good. the atmosphere is high energy and we love the live band on the weekend more

Happy Hour Thristy Thursday 9/6/2011

I love coming in on Thursday Nights happy hour all night long you cant beat that. Three dollar drinks and Tapas wow what a deal. Get gets better there is live video mixing with sauvemente the music is wonderful. they do such a great job that thursday night is my night out for good music and a few drinks. more

thrilled I found this place! It is local major plus, has great hours, great menu, good prices and fully stocked bar(s) since I am not a hard liquer person, I loved the selection of beer on hand. I have heard about azucar before but had not ventured in came in friday night wow there is a nice crowd and the music is hot. more

Great Music 9/5/2011

I love the music especially when the live bands are playing. The atmosphere is high and everyone is having a great time dancing and having a few drinks. I have not been for dinner yet but I am sure I will do so soon. I love Son Del Kali more

Salsa Lessons 9/5/2011

I love the salsa lessons on Monday night I am not that good of a dancer but my girlfriend loves to dance and so I wanted to give it a try for her, turns out I am not as bad as I thought and the folks are friendly and nice so I dont feel so out of place. more

Found a Downtown Gem 9/3/2011

Bringing a recent transplant I am so glad that I found azucar, I love my latin heritage and was looking for a place to eat, drink and be merry. I came in for happy hour and being a mojito drinker these rate very high in my book the appetizer are some of the best and filling. I have to come back and have dinner in the near future. I came in and felt welcome and at home. Thanks Azucar for brining a little of home. more

the band is wonderful, I love the live music it just seems to make you want to dance when you have someone playing music. The crowd is a nice mix. The staff is super friendly. The mojitos are cold and have a little punch to them. I love the two different styles of music int he lougnes. more

you have to come out on wednesday night for karaoke night it is so much fun. you can sing in either english or spanish last night azucar was packed. everyone had a great time. I love karaoke. I love to come in have a few drinks and then listen and sing along with everyone else you have to come see it for yourself. more

Relaxing after a hard days work 8/30/2011

The back Patio is so relaxing after a hard monday at work thought i would go for a nice drink and unwind a little before heading home and the back patio is the place to be the sounds of the waterfall are so relaxing it just does wonders for a tired mind takes you away from everything that might have happened that day and the atmosphere is so cool I love that they put that waterfall out back good job. more

I had the arroz con polio very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I wish that they would open for lunch as this would be a great lunch time meal the sweet plantains are soo good. I love the atmosphere at azucar you know you will always have good times and good food. more

for good drinks, good atomsphere and good times you have to visit azucar, the crowd is friendly and lively and you are sure to make some new friends here. The mojitos are cold and refreshing the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpul. the highlight of the evening was the karaoke singing which was a blast. more

we came out for a night of dinner and dancing, I love the ambience of azucar it is high energy. The food was very good and of course the mojitos are always great. I love to dance and this is my favorite dance spot when I do go out, I am never disappointed when I come here. more

Good Start for out night out 8/26/2011

The food was yummy. We ordered calamari, , ceviche and the arroz con pollo for us to share and it was more than enough. Drinks were excellent strong enough. Our server was really friendly and helpful. We want to come back and try other stuff on their menu and of course try more of the mojito flavors! more

back lougne bottle service 8/26/2011

Azucar has the best bottle service going everything you need is supplied setup ready and waiting. the lougne is so wild, they have a laser light show that is out of this world. My guest loved the place and say that they are going to have there parties there also. the service was outstanding. everything that we wanted or needed was supplied they took very good care of us. I will be letting everyone that I know this is the place to have your special party at. more

My wife and I went in for dinner I thought it was a mexican food, I must i was surprised when I saw the menu, it is regional latin food dinner was good and nice portions. Loved the place. Service was promt and friendly a must stop for good food and friendly service. more
