CANDACE SAVED MY HAIR!!! I had gone to another salon for a cut and color. The girl had messed up my hair cut and gave me the wrong color , after three people couldnt fix it I found candace at avanti she got me right in and knew exactly how to fix my hair! she did a great job and gave me what I wanted and more!!! I def recommend candace and will be returning to her!!!!! more

Jessica is the best! My partner and I met stylist Jessica when she was a student in beauty school. Jessica is so friendly and talented we followed her to Avanti. We like her so much that we travel from Hillsboro to Oregon City every few weeks to have Jessica style our hair. We love you, Jessica! Keep up the great work! more

Avanti Hair Salon Is Awesome 9/4/2011

Francesca is the best!\r I can't say enough about Francesca's talent as a hairdresser. I first started seeing her on the advice of my daughter. I decided to try her and I was not disappointed. I never need to give her any guidance. I just go in, sit in her chair and Francesca works her magic. She has always given the best advice on what I should do and is most concerned that I walk out looking my best. I remember my first appointment for a color and highlight correction with Francesca and she took lots of time with me, going over her color books and picking out just the right shade of blond/brown to compliment my complexion. It was fabulous! I received many compliments from all my friends on how beautiful my hair looked. Through the entire process, Francesca's primary concern was that I was happy with my look. Francesca has always been the most friendly, personable, honest person I know in the beauty industry. I trust her completely and consider her a friend. When I walk in the shop, it's like coming home and I feel respected and appreciated. Francesca is very dedicated to her customers; for example she touched up my roots on her day off. That deserves a big applause! My recommendations are; if you want great looking hair go to Francesca.\r more

Convenient, Friendly, and Highly Skilled! 3/29/2011

I had an appointment with Amy at Avanti Salon for 5:30 pm after work, but I got off work two hours earlier than I had planned. I called Amy and she had no problem bringing me in an hour and a half early so I could get my hair done in time to go to a concert that night. Her flexibility is just one thing I appreciate about Amy- she also listens and does exactly what I want, and when I don't KNOW what I want (which is pretty often), she talks me through her ideas before touching the scissors or dye and then she makes me look amazing. I would never go to anyone else- Amy has the magic touch, and she's fun, friendly and professional. Go see Amy at Avanti Salon- you won't regret it! more

Very Friendly & Professional Service 3/13/2011

I discovered the jewel of all hair salons when I walked into Avanti in Oregon City. Francesca took her time on my hair and is definitely a perfectionist! The products she used made my hair feel healthy and smelled so good. She was very attentive and made sure I was happy with her services every step of the way. Even at the last minute when I changed my mind on how I wanted my haircut, she happily fixed it exactly how I wanted it. My highlights have never looked better, and I left the salon feeling happier and more beautiful than when I came in. I HIGHLY recommend Fran to anyone who wants a complete pampering experience at a reasonable price. I'm definitely going back! more

The WORST experiance 3/8/2011

I am usually the one to write raving reviews about places and restaurants but unfortunately that is something i cannot say about this salon.After my appointment with Francesca i left in tears and my platinum blonde medium shoulder hair was now butchered short dark brown hair. My hair has never been more damaged then after i went into this salon. I have thought long and hard about writing a negative review since it's really not my style to say negative things but after seeing no compassion from the hair stylist upon my disappointment i feel compelled to share the experience so the same thing does not happen to somebody else. I feel it is not professional to claim yourself as an hair color specialist if you are not sure in your capabilities. A client comes to hair stylist for a professional opinion and services and if a stylist believes she cannot deliver of what i asked then it is her professional responsibility to say so not try to say otherwise to make a few more dollars. Went in with high hopes unfortunately received completely unprofessional service and would not recommend to anybody that is used to taking good care of their hair. more

Avanti is the place to go for your hair needs! 6/11/2010

This salon uses really great hair products that doesn’t damage your hair, and makes your hair look/feel super shiny and healthy! :) :) I agree with the post below, Francesca is talented and really knows her stuff , definitely would go back.\r \r **** *\r Just came back 12/21/2010\r \r Francesca does OUTSTANDING work! I really love her and appreciate how much she really cares about what she does. After a horrific experience at Arabella's (long story, feel free to read that review!), I’m just so glad people like Francesca exist- honest, hard working, talented, and down to earth.\r Pros: price/cut/color Cons: none! more

Wonderfully Talented- Francesca 6/10/2010

After going to a beauty school (BIG mistake) to have a few ""peakaboo"" Black low lights added to my hair, i came home and took a better look, i was mortified to find that the black had bleeded into the rest of my hair & caused major spotting...and long story short, it looked terrrible and i really really needed someone to help color correct my hair! Of course not just anyone, i needed someone with experience and serious skills to helpl me asap!!! luckily, i stubled upon Francescas website online and after viewing a few of her resent works, decided to give her a ring. *Honestly*, im sO lucky i did. She totally took the time (almost 3hrs!) to completly fix my hair issues, and now it looks wonderful!!!! i still have the black peakaboo lights but Thank God no spotting! Totally gonna go back to Avanti for all my hair needs, and i would recomend her to anyone 100%. Not only a miracle worker, but shes super friendly and laid back ! :) \r cute little salon too! :) :) \r -Very reasonable prices, worth more than she asks! Pros: Everything you would want/hope4 in a professional stylist Cons: prking might be hard during the weekday(i wnt aftr 5pm) more
