Francesca is the best!\r
I can't say enough about Francesca's talent as a hairdresser. I first started seeing her on the advice of my daughter. I decided to try her and I was not disappointed. I never need to give her any guidance. I just go in, sit in her chair and Francesca works her magic. She has always given the best advice on what I should do and is most concerned that I walk out looking my best. I remember my first appointment for a color and highlight correction with Francesca and she took lots of time with me, going over her color books and picking out just the right shade of blond/brown to compliment my complexion. It was fabulous! I received many compliments from all my friends on how beautiful my hair looked. Through the entire process, Francesca's primary concern was that I was happy with my look. Francesca has always been the most friendly, personable, honest person I know in the beauty industry. I trust her completely and consider her a friend. When I walk in the shop, it's like coming home and I feel respected and appreciated. Francesca is very dedicated to her customers; for example she touched up my roots on her day off. That deserves a big applause! My recommendations are; if you want great looking hair go to Francesca.\r
