I am usually the one to write raving reviews about places and restaurants but unfortunately that is something i cannot say about this salon.After my appointment with Francesca i left in tears and my platinum blonde medium shoulder hair was now butchered short dark brown hair. My hair has never been more damaged then after i went into this salon. I have thought long and hard about writing a negative review since it's really not my style to say negative things but after seeing no compassion from the hair stylist upon my disappointment i feel compelled to share the experience so the same thing does not happen to somebody else. I feel it is not professional to claim yourself as an hair color specialist if you are not sure in your capabilities. A client comes to hair stylist for a professional opinion and services and if a stylist believes she cannot deliver of what i asked then it is her professional responsibility to say so not try to say otherwise to make a few more dollars.
Went in with high hopes unfortunately received completely unprofessional service and would not recommend to anybody that is used to taking good care of their hair.
