I was very pleased the first time I took my car to the Auto Clinic. I felt they were very up front with the issues of my car and did not try and over-sell me things that I did not need. The friendly lady I dealt with told me up front upon dropping my car off, "We will start with the obvious and work from there, and we will not spend over an hour on your vehicle before we call you with an estimate". They were able to fix my problem in a timely manner after calling with an estimate and I appreciate the the fact that Auto Clinic gave me no suprises with the way they do business. They have earned my trust and I have finally found a reliable repair shop! more

I have tried several places in the area (including the dealer) for my auto repair needs. No one has come anywhere close to the service Auto Clinic provides. I have been going there exclusively for the past four years. They have all the best equipment and amazing knowledge! Better yet, they always take the time to explain the situation to me. The prices are very reasonable and they keep in touch with me; always keeping well informed with estimates. I think the most incredible thing about them is their honesty! It goes far beyond my expectations for any repair shop. I tell everyone I know! Most of my friends and family go there too (even one of my out-of-town relatives schedules his maintenance services for when he comes to visit!!). more

My family has been bringing our vehicles to Auto Clinic for years. We would never go anywhere else. The place is clean, accommodating and amazingly friendly and trustworthy! I am always been kept well informed; they even show me exactly what they are talking about. If they feel there could be other problems beyond the initial find, they tell me. If there's a repair that is not urgent, they tell me, so I can budget for it. The always seem to have the best equipment and are able to get the job done right!People are always complaining about stereotypical auto repair shops and never is enough said when there is a true jewel that exists. I tell everyone I know and I even have friends that travel out of their way just to continue a relationship with Auto Clinic.I never hear anything but positive remarks about the Auto Clinic. I have been to the Auto Clinic a dozen times or more. I began to notice that their initial repair estimates were never accurate. After they started working on the car they always found one or two other things wrong with the car that "had" to be fixed immediately.\r The last time I went there I needed brake work done so I asked them for an accurate and complete estimate of the work needed on the car. They told me that they could provide a very accurate estimate of the repair costs but it would cost $70.00 to provide the estimate since they had to put the car up on the lift and check everything carefully. Despite the cost I told them to go ahead and do the estimate. They called back and told me that all I needed was new front brakes. I told them to start work.\r Later that day I got the inevitable call from them. Once they changed the front brakes they now found out that the car was still making a grinding noise when they road tested it and that the back brakes also needed ch more

This is a nice place to get the car fixed. They are conveniently located on Rt. 111 in Pepperell. They have a nice waiting room while they work on your car. Prices are compeitive for repair. The staff is freindly and efficient and doesnt waste time. more

This is a very good auto clinic located on route 111. I only went there to get an annual state sticker on my car but was very happy with the service. I liked that there is a clean, modern waiting room to sit in as they work on the car. The service was very friendly and the work was done fairly quickly. more
