I was very pleased the first time I took my car to the Auto Clinic. I felt they were very up front with the issues of my car and did not try and over-sell me things that I did not need. The friendly lady I dealt with told me up front upon dropping my car off, "We will start with the obvious and work from there, and we will not spend over an hour on your vehicle before we call you with an estimate". They were able to fix my problem in a timely manner after calling with an estimate and I appreciate the the fact that Auto Clinic gave me no suprises with the way they do business. They have earned my trust and I have finally found a reliable repair shop!
