Audubon Court Apartments

Poorest community i have ever lived. Big NO NO\r \r I have moved to this place recently. Apartment is not maintained. Nothing is good. Appliances are too old and discolored. You will face linkage problem. On top of these issues management is staff is poor and rude. You have to follow up every single issue if you don't then they will not solve it. They are paining bath tubs with oil paint because its scratched and not smooth and will never change till its broken. If you argue then they will say that this is 45 years old community and we will not change anything until its broken. But the fact is they are not even doing proper repairing.\r \r I cant rate zero so have to give one start.\r \r If you want to do biggest mistake of your life then go for this. \r \r I am sure below reviews are fake and anyone has any doubt let me know i can show my apartment. more

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE.\r \r THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO FIX THINGS. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!\r \r YES THE RENT IS CHEAP, BUT SO ARE THE UNITS. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY NEED TO BE COMPLETED REDONE. \r \r THE CLOSET DOORS ARE CHEAP METAL AND ALWAYS COME OFF THE TRACKS. MY APARTMENT GOT WATER IN IT, IT WAS REPORTED TO MANAGEMENT, THEY REALLY COULD NOT CARE LESS. BASICALLY WAS TOLD IT WAS UP TO ME TO TAKE CARE OF.\r \r I CALLED TO HAVE MY TOILET FIX, WELL IT WAS MORE OF AN ISSUE WHEN THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE LEFT AFTER ""FIXING IT"" THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF THAT NEEDS TO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEPLE THE OFFICE STAFF SEEMS TO ALWAYS HAVE A CHIP ON HER SHOULDER, WHEREVER YOU ASK FOR SOMETHING, IT'S SEEMS TO BE INTERFERRING WITH, WELL, WHATEVER SHE IS DOING, SHE IS USELESS.\r \r I ADVICE IS TO SPEND A BIT MORE IN RENT, AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED AND NOT AN INCONENIENCE WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING. I absolutely love my new apartment. The location is great. My neighbors are fantastic. I use the nearby bike trails every day. I was pleased to find my unit was exactly as I was told. I rented sight unseen over the phone after moving up the waiting list over the past 3 months. I was quite nervous but it seems the only way to guarantee a unit is to get on the waiting list or be really lucky. The development is a bit dated. But you do get more than you would expect for the price. The pool is fantastic. The park area is very nice and fills up every evening with my neighbors who love to associate with one another. The apartment is spacious, neat, and clean. The balcony is functional and a nice space. Parking is never an issue. The community is safe, well constructed, and quiet. The entire neighborhood is very family oriented and they treat you very well. The snow removal was the best I have ever experienced. The grounds are well kept. There is a laundry room on every lower level. I recieved everything I was promised and will highly recomend Audubon Court to all my family and friends. more

I was surprised at how easy it was to complete my move. I rented over the phone, sight unseen and was extremely pleased by the apartment I received.\r \r I rented a 1st floor two bedroom. The price was great, the apartment was neat, clean, and in very good condtion for its age.\r \r The management staff was very helpful and the maintenance crew had everything working great before I moved in.\r \r I love the location. My neighbors are very nice and friendly. I can't think of a single negative. The walls are thick so I don't hear my neighbors (unlike my home in VA). The parking is never a problem. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. Staff is all fantastic. I highly recomend this community. more

My first utility bill was $ 15.00. I called the utility company because I thought they left a 2 or 3 off the front of it.\r \r My bill was correct. My rent includes heat and hot water so my utuilites are about $200-$500 a month cheaper than I was used to when I lived in my last place.\r \r The apartment community is nice and quiet. The people here are fantastic. I highly recomend this community.\r more

I closed escrow today on my new home. I purchased in the Audubon area after living at \r Audubon Court Apartments for the last three years. I loved the apartment and the great staff\r at the complex. The area cant be beat. We moved from New England and did not know\r anything about the area when we came here. A word of advice that may be helpful is stay out\r of Norristown Borough, parts of King of Prussia and Conshocken, unless you own a gun.\r \r Audubon Court Apartments shares the post office with Norristown and has a Norristown mailing\r address. However, it is located in Lower Providence Township in the charming suburban Village\r of Audubon a safe distance from the neighboring cities.\r \r I have a child in the Methacton School system which is an award winning educational \r institution. We have never had any problems while living here and have nothing but \r good things to say. \r \r The grounds are always beautiful, snow gets removed swiftly, and the manager is \r professional and kind.\r \r A wonderful Village atmosphere and shopping is a short walk away. Pros: Safety, Beauty, Value Cons: None at all more

Excellent prices for such a wonderful location. It has been so hard to leave, but I just bought a house about 2 minutes away. During the last three years I have had a great experience and wanted to share it with you.\r \r Management is caring, prompt, and professional. Maintenance is second to none. The location is a short WALK to shopping but the development is hidden by mature trees and gorgeous wildlife.\r \r The only negative is there is usually a waiting list for the upper level units and the view on the first floor is nowhere near as nice as it is from the top floor. Also, many units have been renovated, but getting one is hard to do. Occupancy is usually around 100% so there is usually not too many units to chose from. Still, even the original ones have charm are well maintained and clean.\r \r Special thanks to everyone at Audubon Court. I will miss all of you and I am greatful for your kindness during my years with you. I will refer everyone I meet to your community.
