I absolutely love my new apartment. The location is great. My neighbors are fantastic. I use the nearby bike trails every day.
I was pleased to find my unit was exactly as I was told. I rented sight unseen over the phone after moving up the waiting list over the past 3 months. I was quite nervous but it seems the only way to guarantee a unit is to get on the waiting list or be really lucky.
The development is a bit dated. But you do get more than you would expect for the price.
The pool is fantastic. The park area is very nice and fills up every evening with my neighbors who love to associate with one another. The apartment is spacious, neat, and clean.
The balcony is functional and a nice space. Parking is never an issue. The community is safe, well constructed, and quiet. The entire neighborhood is very family oriented and they treat you very well. The snow removal was the best I have ever experienced. The grounds are well kept. There is a laundry room on every lower level.
I recieved everything I was promised and will highly recomend Audubon Court to all my family and friends.
