Excellent prices for such a wonderful location. It has been so hard to leave, but I just bought a house about 2 minutes away. During the last three years I have had a great experience and wanted to share it with you.\r

Management is caring, prompt, and professional. Maintenance is second to none. The location is a short WALK to shopping but the development is hidden by mature trees and gorgeous wildlife.\r

The only negative is there is usually a waiting list for the upper level units and the view on the first floor is nowhere near as nice as it is from the top floor. Also, many units have been renovated, but getting one is hard to do. Occupancy is usually around 100% so there is usually not too many units to chose from. Still, even the original ones have charm are well maintained and clean.\r

Special thanks to everyone at Audubon Court. I will miss all of you and I am greatful for your kindness during my years with you. I will refer everyone I meet to your community. Cheers!\r
Pros: Price, Location, Excellent management and excellent 24 hour maintenance
Cons: Lower levels do not have the same great view as upper levels
