I just leased a 2012 A6 and am a returning customer. My specialist was Ed Riedmaier who is the most knowledgeable Audi resource. He knows the equipment and the economics about acquiring a new vehicle. Ed takes the time to listen and understand your needs before determining the particular model and extras you need. You won't find a better guy to help you make this important decision. The A6 is fantastic....great ride and a ton of technology. Especially with the beginning of winter, we feel very safe driving with the quattro AWD. In addtion to Ed, I worked with Ozzie, the GM, who worked with me to make the deal happen. I highly recommend Laurel Audi of Westmont, Ed, and Ozzie. more

Bought my Audi Q5 at Laurel Audi of Westmont. Edward Riedmaier and Dan Yusko really made this a great experience for me. Finding it hard to schedule an appointment to pick up the car during working hours Ed has gone a long way and stayed with me until 9pm to making sure I get a proper introduction to the car and its features before riding it home. A great relive saving hours of going through the manuals. This was really a great service!...and the beautiful showroom is a must see by its own. more

yesterday we have bought a very nice A3 at Laurel Audi of Westmont. I wanted to let you know, that your sales person Naseem did a great job, it was a pleasure for us as customers to be served by him and he was surely the main reason for my decision to buy a car at your dealership. I have to admit that I usually do not like car sales persons a lot since as a customer you often feel ""pushed"" by those individuals and not treated very well.However, we did not feel this at all with Naseem, we felt really appreciated as customers and despite the money we had to spent it was a nice experience. more

I want to express what a great experience my wife and I had throughout our recent purchase at Laurel Audi. Not to take anything away from our interaction with others at the dealership or the competitive pricing you were offering, but our positive feeling is 99% based on the approach, skill set, and personality of our salesman, Naseem Chaudhry.In our 30 years of purchasing automobiles, I can truthfully say that Naseem is the best salesman we have encountered.From a customer's perspective, he is extremely courteous, very knowledgeable about the product features and inventory availability, and came across as very sincere in his efforts to find the right car to have met our needs. I can't emphasize that enough. From a business perspective and relating to how I would feel if I was involved in the management or ownership of your dealership, I would be most impressed by Naseem's ability to react to our comments about the various cars we looked at, and his ability to make adjustments along the way to give the dealership the best chance of making the sale. He is very resourceful. I would also surmise that Naseem is effective at selling to both male and female customers...no small feat.Naseem consistently displayed his professionalism throughout the process. We shopped, test drove, and made the deal on Saturday, January 3rd, but were unable to finalize the purchase until today due to scheduling conflicts on our part. During that 10 day period we had numerous contacts with Naseem. Each and every time he was courteous, helpful, flexible with his schedule, and very responsive.We will definitely recommend Laurel Audi and Naseem Chaudhry to friends and family. more

extra curteous 7/19/2010

The manager was extra courteous, made sure everything was as I wanted. ?I even had to leave my old care w/ them for the weekend and he sent a car out (to the city!) so I can take my old car home. ?And they went through the tedious process of removing my city sticker so I could salvage it for the new car. ? more

My salesman was friendly despite me showing up at 5pm on a Saturday and the place was closing in an hour. ?Got a thorough introduction to the car, a test drive, and a good deal. ?They threw in the 3yr service package at no cost even though I declined it because ""you should have it."" Ok, thanks, I'll take it. more

Laurel and Jim Finch in the service department actually make taking your car in for service (even after the warranty is up and you're footing the bill) not as painful.I've had my A6 for 5 years (and my dad had it 2 before that), and it's now got almost 140K miles...but it's still kicking, which I attribute to the servicing of the vehicle. ?Jim has always been straight with us about what needs to be done and what can wait and for how long. ?(Note: some of the other, younger service writers aren't nearly as forthcoming...ask for Jim!) ?I would absolutely buy another car at Laurel Audi - the service over the past 8 years has been fabulous more

I had probably the most pleasant car-buying experience, or car dealership experience in general here. ?I have come to find that even though I live blocks from the Chicago dealerships, if I want service and honesty, I must travel to the suburbs. ?This holds true for Audi of Westmont. ?After the Chicago Audi dealer didn't really have the time to sit down with me because "" they didn't have the car I wanted in stock"" I trekked out to Westmont, was welcomed by many smiling faces and left with exactly what I had wanted. more
