Laurel and Jim Finch in the service department actually make taking your car in for service (even after the warranty is up and you're footing the bill) not as painful.I've had my A6 for 5 years (and my dad had it 2 before that), and it's now got almost 140K miles...but it's still kicking, which I attribute to the servicing of the vehicle. ?Jim has always been straight with us about what needs to be done and what can wait and for how long. ?(Note: some of the other, younger service writers aren't nearly as forthcoming...ask for Jim!) ?I would absolutely buy another car at Laurel Audi - the service over the past 8 years has been fabulous
