Excellent customer service for new vehicle purchase. Ken took a great deal of time to help us find the right car, with the specifications we wanted. After picking the car and purchasing, Ken also took more time to show us how everything worked and make sure we were comfortable with all the controls. Will definitely purchase from this dealership again! more

Krisanne was a great sales gal...She took her time and answered all of my questions...She took time to bring up to Saddlebrooke, my new Audi and drove back our trade in, an Infiniti....She took hours going through all the features of my new Audi...She is a wonderful person, and at the end of our business adventure, i felt like she was one of my good friends....thank you Krisanne.... more

My girlfriend and I, had been looking at an Audi A4 from a private seller that we work with. She was going to sell it to us for $18,000 dollars, which was a killer deal being that it only had 40,000 miles and was bluebooked at $21,000. We had all of the paperwork and insurance ready to go on the car when at the last minute the seller had to back out for personal reasons; we were heartbroken. I had test-driven the car myself and the feel of the Audi was simply unbeatable at our budget. I got online and saw the same exact car, with almost the same mileage, but with white leather instead of black. I called at 7pm and unexpectedly got consult on the vehicle even at that late hour. I had the pleasure of speaking with Krisanne Bender that evening, who heard my story and felt my pain, and in the end, she offered the car to me at $18,000 down from an original price of $20,500, because that is what we already had set aside. My girlfriend and I received a warm welcome when we came in to purchase our new A4, and felt so happy to have dealt with Krisanne, we sent her an edible arrangement to show our gratitude. She even sent us some excellent coffee in return! She introduced us to the service department, who was also very friendly. Chapman Audi is a good place to be, and an even better place to purchase your car. We will be purchasing another Audi very soon, and I will be sticking with Krisanne and Chapman Audi!! more

$399 doc fee 5/2/2011

$399 doc fee and $150 for nitrogen in the tires... Consider these fees when negotiating your price. I didn't and I feel like a real chump. It was a decent experience until I felt 'bent over' at the signing. more

I had a great experience 4/11/2011

I had a great experience with this dealership. I had to drive 120 miles, but it was worth it after dealing with incompetence and arrogance of Audi of Chandler. Both Audi dealerships in Phoenix are owned by the same entity, and with no competition, both have very poor level of customer service. My experience at Audi of Tucson was refreshing, we worked out a deal on my new S4 in 30 min. more

Can't say enough about how well they treat me 12/29/2010

Nice new ""Quattro Lounge"" free wi-fi, free Starbuck's coffee. And since they were the dealer I purchased from, free loaner cars. Can't say enough about how well they treat me. They even wash my car for any service. more

Brian has gone well beyond what a manager is required to do and it is important to recognize that. An example that comes to mind is when I had a flat tire last summer while parked at Park Place. When I came our of the theatre at 5 p.m, I found no one to help me change the tired I had purchasesd a couple of days before from Chapman Audi. Out of desperation on a hot afternoon, I called Audi service after hours and Brian picked up the phone. He came and changed the tire himself and had me follow him back to the shop to be sure all was well with the car. In addition he has always been readily available to discuess options regarding the autos when I had had questions or was unsure of which path to take. This type of attention is rare indeed at a time when service is all but lost in retail and service industries. Brian is a real professional. more

It is clear that Brian and the management team have cafefully selected his staff. Eric and Dan have been equally helpfyul to me over the last few years, as have the people in the parts department. I feel I made friends during the last thirteen years and value that kind of treatment and attention. We rarely seem to recognize the good in our representative/employees; we seem more concerned with the things that go wrong. Please be aware that Mr. Herring is a gem in your organization, and I feel his professional and personal attention make him an outstanding employee! more
