Brian has gone well beyond what a manager is required to do and it is important to recognize that. An example that comes to mind is when I had a flat tire last summer while parked at Park Place. When I came our of the theatre at 5 p.m, I found no one to help me change the tired I had purchasesd a couple of days before from Chapman Audi. Out of desperation on a hot afternoon, I called Audi service after hours and Brian picked up the phone. He came and changed the tire himself and had me follow him back to the shop to be sure all was well with the car. In addition he has always been readily available to discuess options regarding the autos when I had had questions or was unsure of which path to take. This type of attention is rare indeed at a time when service is all but lost in retail and service industries. Brian is a real professional.
