In a nutshell -- SIMPLY THE BEST!!! To be more specific... the Chapman Porsche Dealership in Tucson, AZ -- to include all of its employees (sales, service, etc.) -- were simply the best when I first conducted business with them to purchase my new vehicle. Furthermore, they were simply the best when I later interacted with them to obtain service for my new vehicle. To this day, they continue to be simply the best with providing answers for any questions I may have about my new vehicle. more

Excellent customer service for new vehicle purchase. Ken took a great deal of time to help us find the right car, with the specifications we wanted. After picking the car and purchasing, Ken also took more time to show us how everything worked and make sure we were comfortable with all the controls. Will definitely purchase from this dealership again! more

I like the way it drives. It is lots of fun. I also like the supurb engineering that goes into a Porsche. This thorough engineering is one of the factors that make it such a unique car. more

Krisanne is a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable, and delivered beyond expectations. I live in Phoenix, but the short trip is well worth it. I recommend her and her dealership to anyone looking for a Porsche or Audi! Krisanne is absolutely wonderful! more

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had 6/30/2011

Frank helped me configure my Panamera. Originally I was told I would have to wait until June, when they would be available in the US, to place my order. However, Frank called about a week later and said that he had been authorized to order one immediately, and was I still interested? I went to the dealship the next day and finalized the deal. I now expect to be able to take delivery in June. Frank was very knowledgeable about the car and was extremely easy to work with. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had in all my 70 years. more

one hundred percent accurate! 6/23/2011

If buying a car were a professional sport. Krisanne Bender has redefined what should be expected of an athlete. I purchased a pre-owned Porsche from Krisanne and had it transported to NY without ever seeing the vehicle. (all arranged by Krisanne) From the first contact to long after delivery, Krisanne was more involved and available than any dealer I have dealt with in person. Her knowledge of the Porsche, familiarity with all steps of the transaction and non pressured, comfortable approach instantly made me feel as if she were ""my advocate"" opposed to a car salesperson. Every single piece of information she gave me was one hundred percent accurate! The transporter company delivered ahead of schedule without any problems. Pat Volk in service was able to decipher what I wanted over the phone and recommended better options. The results were perfect. Olga Gutierez was efficient and processed all paperwork quickly and correctly. Krisanne has made it very difficult for me to be satisfied with a salesperson ever again after her expertise and personal attention. The only remedy is to only buy vehicles from her. BRAVA!! more

I live 3 hours from the nearest dealership. My car broken down and when I called they arranged for a tow truck to pick it up and a rental all in the same day more

It was a great experience. I got all my questions answered, I was called back quickly, and once I can in the dealership to finalize and drive my car homw there were no problems with that process. Plus they had the best price out of all the dealerships I called and offered the best deal. more

My experience at Audi of Tucson was refreshing, 4/14/2011

I had a great experience with this dealership. I had to drive 120 miles, but it was worth it after dealing with incompetence and arrogance of Audi of Chandler. Both Audi dealerships in Phoenix are owned by the same entity, and with no competition, both have very poor level of customer service. My experience at Audi of Tucson was refreshing, we worked out a deal on my new S4 in 30 min. more
