She dealt with all my concerns quickly and fully explained all my options. I've bought many cars over the years and this was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable purchasing experiences I've had. Ramon Mendoza was my Service Advisor for our Toyota Camry. He was prompt, informative and thorough. The vehicle was in for a 90k service. He went through all of the work to be performed and told me it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. One hour later he came and found me, told me the car was done and the service work that was done and what I could expect would be necessary in the future. My wife and I had an excellent and relaxed buying experience while purchasing our new Highlander XLE with Michael Stewart as our sales representative. This is the fourth Toyota we have owned and so we are obviously pleased with Toyota quality and reliability.\r \r After determining the exact Highlander we wanted with Michael's help, he did an excellent job of locating that car, securing us a good deal and then taking the time to make sure we learned how to use all the bells and whistles before we took it home. \r \r We would definitely do business with Michael and Auburn Toyota again.\r \r Gene and Maribeth of Rocklin more

I had a great experience with Conor Egan and Mike Gaskins at Magnussen's Toyota. Toyota Motors doesn't promote or carry the tires I wanted, so Mike allowed me to purchase the Pirelli P7's I wanted from Tire Rack.com and have them delivered to Magnussen. Conor did a great job with the installation, and making sure that the mechanic took note of the wear pattern on my old tires, and made appropriate adjustments to camber and toe when he did the alignment, and gave me a sheet with all the alignment specs and final results to show exactly what was done. I am loving my new tires, and loving the service I got from Conor and Mike at Magnussen. Great job! I highly recommend them. Alan D. more

We had an outstanding experience in working with Mike Stewart of Auburn Toyota. Mike allowed us to test drive several Camry's and the Avalon to help us decide upon our ultimate purchase of the Camry XLE Hybrid. During the time between initially visiting Magnussen's and our visit last Saturday to purchase, we changed our mind on the color and interior of the Camry and Mike immediately adjusted his search for just the right vehicle for us. Most importantly for us, Mike never applied any pressure to purchase a vehicle - just allowed us to examine and research our choices. Magnussen's has great customer service! I made an appointment for an oil change and they welcomed me, helped me right away. Mike Norton was my Customer Service Rep who assisted with my check in, he's excellent! Cheery, even in the afternoon. Leads me to the waiting room and came to get me when my car was all ready to go. \r \r Toyota's prices are competitive, they treat you right and never try to sell me on something that doesn't need to be changed. more

Conor Egan provided quick, efficient service for us upon entering. He noticed that a man had come in after me; when the man approached his desk, he politely told the man that I was there before him, and he would help him next. He then told me how long the service would take, and it was even quicker than I was told. My car had been vacuumed inside and was very clean. No wash was done as they are conserving water (which I understand). Thank you for the great service. more

My wife and I bought our 2010 Toyota Highlander at Magnussen's of Auburn and had a great experience! Our sales person was David Ugalde and he was very pleasant to work with. The whole atmosphere was very low pressured and comfortable. Several of our friends have purchased vehicles from this dealership with the same outcome. We like the small-town, low-pressured feel that this dealership provides. We recommend this dealership and rate it 5 stars! more

Outstanding Service 6/1/2014

I purchased my 2012 Rav-4 from Magnussen's and this was the third time I had it serviced their. I called and made my appointment and Bryan Glau was my service advisor. He took good care of me and my vehicle was delivered back to me on time as promised. I live in Sacramento and have used local Toyota Dealers but they fell short on having vehicle ready when promised. I will make the drive to Magnussen's, because I know Bryan will take good care of me. more

This repair shop messed up my car. I wanted another key that could lock and unlock the car using the buttons on the key. I ordered the key, and brought my car into the shop 18 May 2013 When I received the key, NONE OF THE KEYS WOULD LOCK OR UNLOCK THE DOORS OF MY CAR.\r I filed a complaint with the BAR, and Will pursue this issue until MY CAR IS RESTORED TO ITS PREVIOUS WORKING ORDER\r I WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN AND POST OP EDS IN THE UNION UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED more

I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Magnussen's Auburn Toyota. By luck my salesman turned out to be Rocky Robinson whom I had never met before. Getting him was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. There was no pressure, he worked hard to get me what I wanted and, most importantly, took quite a bit of effort to be sure I understood the whole process. This was definitely helped by the very good attitude of the other employees of the dealership who seemed to share his commitment. After many past experiences where the salesman seemed to be my enemy, this was a very welcome change. Being a Toyota fan, I shall be back, and specifically to Rocky. more
