I purchased my 2012 Rav-4 from Magnussen's and this was the third time I had it serviced their. I called and made my appointment and Bryan Glau was my service advisor. He took good care of me and my vehicle was delivered back to me on time as promised. I live in Sacramento and have used local Toyota Dealers but they fell short on having vehicle ready when promised. I will make the drive to Magnussen's, because I know Bryan will take good care of me.
