I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Magnussen's Auburn Toyota. By luck my salesman turned out to be Rocky Robinson whom I had never met before. Getting him was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. There was no pressure, he worked hard to get me what I wanted and, most importantly, took quite a bit of effort to be sure I understood the whole process. This was definitely helped by the very good attitude of the other employees of the dealership who seemed to share his commitment. After many past experiences where the salesman seemed to be my enemy, this was a very welcome change. Being a Toyota fan, I shall be back, and specifically to Rocky.
