I WAITED FOR THE SERVICE AND WAS PLEASE WITH THE FACT THAT I WAS OUT OF THERE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THE CAR WAS WASHED AND THE SERVICE COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. more

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! 1/4/2012

We were treated courteously and with respect from the first inquiring phone call to the payment of the bill. Every person in the organization was pleasant and professional, and the work was done exactly according to the estimate they provided. They think of little things, too--there was free bottled water and cookies in the waiting room, and they washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back to me. Great service all around! more

Mazda 12/31/2011

Auburn Foreign Car (AFC) is now 'my mechanic'. I am impressed by your honesty (struts are ok, but the noise is caused by the drive belts), as well as the price and the prompt (very!) service! Thank you for the car wash (unexpected and much appreciated) I would bake cookies for all of you, but you even serve those! more

I have had my vehicles serviced at Auburn Foreign Car since the 1970's. Unfortunately, with our move to another part of the country, this long-standing relationship now comes to an end. Thank you for these decades of excellent automobile and customer service. more

The service and staff at Auburn Foreign Car is the BEST! I highly recommend this shop. The staff are professional and personable - a rare combination when compared with other business in the same line of work. My suggestion - do what I did, give them a try, you will not be sorry...I AM NOT!!! more

Oil Leak 12/21/2011

Excellent service, communcation and recent repair on my vehicle for an oil pan gasket leak. With being told if I notice the leak returning, Auburn Foreign Car will look at no charge. No better service anywhere Thank you. more

Great service 12/15/2011

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation that ultimately cost me about $300.00, but it's all good! They discovered my battery was on it's last leg, and I needed wiper blades they didn't have in stock. While I waited for my car, they sent someone to get the blades, so it all got done in one visit. Cleaned, vacuumed, and ready to go. It's nice to know that with the cold weather here, I don't have to worry about getting in my car to be greeted by a dead battery. Great front office staff too. I won't take my car elsewhere, as Greg and crew have my trust. more

After great service and great repair work done to my SUV and my Wife's Car, We now only use Auburn Foreign Car for our Veichles Needs. They constantly have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly reccomend them to any individual who wants honest and great reliable service when it comes to their veichles. more

My Mercedes was in Good hands 12/5/2011

Very professional and knowledgeable. Took my 260e in to diagnose some issues. The results were in quickly and the repairs fixed the problems I was having. The folks there were patient and practical. more

Pre-Purchase Inspection Paid Off 11/28/2011

While I live too far to make AFC my foreign car repair choice, I did have AFC conduct a pre-purchase inspection which, despite the auto dealer's '172 point inspection', found minor issues that gave me bargining power to close the deal. We purchased the car, and look forward to a good long-term investment. The inspection was timely, all employees were professional. If I lived closer, AFC would be my mechanic! more
