Last Minute Oil Change Request 9/30/2011

Greg and staff were very accommodating when I dropped in on a Friday late in the afternoon and asked if they could squeeze me in to do an oil change on my Porsche Cayenne GTS. My vehicle was hustled into the shop and quickly serviced and vacuumed and washed, and brought back to me in front of the office of Auburn Foreign Car. I couldn't have asked for better customer service---I'll be back again and would highly recommend Auburn Foreign Car if you wanted great service in a timely manner! more

Feedback 9/30/2011

Te repair seems fine but the interior of my car was dirty. I have a very light colored interior that I keep it spotless. It had a stain on the drivers floor rug, grease on the driver's seat and on the driver's door. It appears that no protection was used by the mechanic during the repair process. more

I got my oil changed and everyone was so nice. I got a free car wash and vacuum. They prepared me for my next service and didn't try to overcharge me with any ridiculous extras. more

They go the extra mile 9/27/2011

As always they had my car in and out in the time they said it would take for the oil change. Upon being notified that my car was completely finished and waiting for pick-up, I was told that my radiator fluid was in need of changing and as we are getting ready to take a long road trip we opted to have the service done sooner rather than later and Auburn Foreign car took it right back in and did the additional work needed. They are great to work with and we will continue to take all of our vehicles there as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shop with honest people who really know about cars. more

This is the second time we have used Auburn Foreign Car and just like the first time we were treated promptly, professionally and fairly. The repair costs were considerably less than if we had taken our car to a BMW service shop. We even got a loaner car for the day. I would recommend this business to everyone. more

We had to take our car back as the new part had not been "turned on" by Dodge. No-charge and they did provide a loaner car for the day, but another trip to Auburn. more

I had a tune-up earlier this year and an oil change yesterday. I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else for service. Great customer service, clean environment, and most of all they do great work!!! more

Very professional experience. Diagnosed the car problem quickly, honored the warranty on previous service, communicated the status of my repairs, did not charge me for unneeded parts and labor, and my car was ready sooner than I expected. I am a little concerned that the ignition coil packs failed, but know Auburn Foreign Car will stand behind their service. more
