Oil change, air filter and tire rotation 11/28/2011

Always happy with service at the shop. Only use the dealer for warranty work. They looked at the air filter, it was clean. Could have told me it was dirty and replaced, didnt. Its hard to find that kind of trust in a automotive shop. more

Passat Service 11/22/2011

Since my unpleasent experience with Auburn VW on November 2nd you have serviced my VW Pssat three times, brakes, timing belt and headlights. Everyone at Auburn Foreign Car has been great, especially Kyle, Natalie and the young lady who chauffered me a couple of times. All the work was done on time and explained to me in detail. THE CAR SEAT 11/9/2011

I am very pleased with the service I received and receive from Auburn Foreigh Car. Kyle went above and beyond. He kept me well informed of the progress and I know it took a lot to find that seat. I thougt it would cost me a lot more than it did. I apprciated the loan of a vehicle. You are all very pleasant to work with, but THANK YOU KYLE!!! more

Ignition Switch Replacement 11/9/2011

I got the ignition switch replaced in my 1997 VW Golf at Auburn Foreign Car. I made the appointment at 7 am, dropped off the car and it was done by noon. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are considerably more expensive than other local repair shops. Still cheaper than the dealership. Good job! more

1999 nissan frontier 11/4/2011

I only have my car worked on by AFC. I've always been treated fair and square and AFC has always been thorough and professional. I know that when I bring my truck to AFC it will be taken care of and done right the first time. My old truck has about 280,000 miles on it and it still runs like a top. AFC must be doing something right. Thanks AFC! more

Unexpected Repair 11/3/2011

For 5yrs I took my BMW to the Dealership to get serviced. Now that it is out of warranty, I was looking for a reputable, trustworthy replacement. I had an emergency leak that A.F.C immediately evaluated.They provided me with an estimate and time frame of the work involved. The parts didn't come in as they had hoped however their communication to me was prompt and well appreciated. I rescheduled my apt and got the work done two days later. They were a head of schedule (I waited for car) and no surprises with the final bill. I intend to use A.F.C for future maintenance and repairs for my BMW. Their service was fantastic. more

Fast service 10/28/2011

Went in to have a headlight replaced at 1:20 and about 20 minutes later I was on my way home. I appreciate not having to wait around for hours to have a repair done. more
