i went to atlantis pools in alton illinois i did buisness with jason spent 7600.00 at thier buisness called to make arangments to have my hot tub delivered and was informed they would not be able to do the delivery at my convience but the could the following week and for the inconvience the would deliver a years worth of chemicals to me and show me how to adjust the chemicals now six weeks later they still have not been out to bring the chemicals or to show how to adjust them if i would have know the customer service to suck this bad i would not have spent just less than 10,000 dollars with them if you want your monies worth i would chose another pool company my friends rod and gary had the same problem when using them for a tanning bed and another friend rick and norm same story so this is not i once in a klifetime issue more

Great Experience, Great Product 3/4/2011

My husband and I had been searching for the right business to trust with our plans for a pool, and had checked into several different businesses before committing, and I have to say we were BLOWN AWAY by the detail and helpfulness to all of our questions at Atlantis. We are first time pool owners, and Atlantis made it so easy from the purchasing to the installation, we didn't have a care in the world. The pool orientation was so thorough and helpful, I feel completely comfortable taking care of my beautiful new pool. Thanks Atlantis, you made this pool owner's dream come true! more

Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! 6/24/2009

Pool buying experience was a headache from start to finish. Installers put me off, told me it would be well over a month before they could get to me due to being overbooked. Hired my own installer. Pieces of pool were missing, had to make several trips to get pieces so pool could be installed. Ladder is still extremely unsteady, Atlantis says nothing can be done (its missing parts, I had to call the actual ladder company to get them, since Atlantis wouldnt help me). AND, I should add, its the ""premium ladder""...I will never do business with this company again. I know when buying an item such as a pool, there are bound to be a few snafu's...However, Atlantis makes NO apologies for anything. They simply do not care once they cash your check. They are extremely rude (the manager literally hates me because Ive been in there so many times missing this or that, he literally walks away when me or my husband comes in). They are arrogant. They think they are the only game in town. Please, if you are looking to buy a pool/spa, try Backyard Dreams, or another pool store in St Louis. Dont give Atlantis your business. They are cocky for a reason, folks! Everyone I talk to says ""Shouldnt have gone there"".... Cons: No after-the-sale, rude, arrogant, not helpful. more

Same as some of the others. No shows. Hung up on by store personel! I don't know how they stay open either. If I have my way they won't. Everyone has asked me who did our pool. My response is ""Atlantis - Go somewhere else!"" Cons: Terrible treatment of customers more

After the sale is nonexintent, had a service call in for 3 weeks, no call no show. this last sat clear water pool was supposed to be here. no call no show. Called on mon he said it would be tues, or thur, took off both days lost $400.00 salary, I called the office hes not even close to me. How does this company stay afloat? set up morning warrenty repair service visit for before noon,wait all day,called multiple times just to hear he's on his way,after 3:30pm finally shows up,wasn't even told about service ticket until an hour earlier,and still have to pay trip charge for a missed appt. on their mistake,also not the first time for this,go somewhere else! Great customer service. 7/17/2007

Not only do they have great customer service, but they are always there to answer any questions you may have the rest of the time. I have never been disappointed in their service or their products. And I love my pool. Pros: They never pressure you to buy anything that you do not want. more
