i went to atlantis pools in alton illinois
i did buisness with jason
spent 7600.00 at thier buisness
called to make arangments to have my hot tub delivered and was informed they would not be able to do the delivery at my convience but the could the following week and for the inconvience the would deliver a years worth of chemicals to me and show me how to adjust the chemicals
now six weeks later they still have not been out to bring the chemicals or to show how to adjust them
if i would have know the customer service to suck this bad i would not have spent just less than 10,000 dollars with them
if you want your monies worth i would chose another pool company
my friends rod and gary had the same problem when using them for a tanning bed and another friend rick and norm same story so this is not i once in a klifetime issue
