set up morning warrenty repair service visit for before noon,wait all day,called multiple times just to hear he's on his way,after 3:30pm finally shows up,wasn't even told about service ticket until an hour earlier,and still have to pay trip charge for a missed appt. on their mistake,also not the first time for this,go somewhere else!
