When I call, although I sometimes have to leave a message, I always get a call back and the matter is taken care of in a courteous manner. Veronica Karna, our representative is very nice, and very effecient, with our Association's Account. I enjoy working with her very much. All of your representatives are also very courteous. more

Number one comment is that APS staff is very responsive. We have a great list of representatives for our association. We have a small assn and want to try and spend as little of our dues on admin costs, so we appreciate cost saving measures. more

APS is helpful with our APS management. We are a small HOA, and we tend to do a lot of stuff ourselves, like our budget and annual mailings (with disclosures). Aps makes it easy for us to do some things and for them to do the rest, and in the end, everything gets done. more
