I have found this company to be fantastic - more specifically Candace Shannon is amazing. Maybe it depends who you get assigned to your community. I have lived in my unit and attended HOA board meetings since 2006. I have served as the board president for the last few years. In the time that I have been here, we have gone through several property management companies and never had anyone as organized and on top of things as Candace. She does an incredible job! She seems to care about our property as much we do. She is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with - we really enjoy working with her.
