I was referred to Dr. Cain by my ENT, who I absolutely adore, so I knew Dr. Cain would be of high caliber. I wasn't disappointed. Dr. Cain was very welcoming, very interested in helping me deal with my pain. Sometimes he did go into more detail than I needed to know, but when he saw the glazed look in my eyes, he laughed and said 'ok, ok, I know, TMI'.
He was quick to spell it out like it was. And though my diagnosis was not a popular one he was quick to reassure me that I could be pain free. He was very encouraging.
The only thing that might bother other folks is that when the patient, that he saw right before me, was checking out Dr. Cain remembered some more info to give him and stepped out for a couple of minutes to speak to him. It didn't bother me as that is something I would have done, too.
I did not use their website to make an appt and it did take me a while to get a hold of someone in the office. I did initially leave a phone message, but no one ever returned my call. I just kept trying until I got a hold of someone. I prefer to speak to a live person.
Pros: Straight to the Point, Great sense of humor, Thorough
Cons: Very Popular
