Not a favorable place to live at all! 11/25/2008

This is an awfully bad apartment complex. The grounds are not taken care of; the outside is very dirty and unkempt. The maintenance workers an anyone else they hire have destroyed peoples porches, etc., as they do not clean up after they finish any repairs (repairs are poorly done!). There are cobwebs and dirt all over the steps-never cleaned! It costs a fortune to live here especially for the lack of space that you get, and they keep raising the rent. Not a favorable place for anyone to live! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pros: There are no pros! Cons: Dirty and unkempt building. No proper cleaning of the outside of the building, steps, etc. more

Horrible Property Management, Maintenance Staff Even Worse! 11/20/2008

I think I should have known better when I couldn't get a return call during the process of signing the lease! Cindy tells you one thing then lets her assistant Ron come in and do something else. Want an example? Pros: Great Location Cons: horrible horrible horrible staff more

bad compaint handling, unconcerned staff 12/10/2007

Im surprised I gave it a rating one, when it deserves zero. We have been quite some time here and never had a complaint solved sooner than 4 months...Imagine 4 MONTHS of hardships on a leaking fridge spoilt machine and cols water baths!!! When I was full 9 months pregnant the mechanics came and broke the tub bath, and then we had to stay a week in another apartment before they could come and solve.... Shuttling things here and there. Its a 10 year old apartment, all equipments are old the carpet is pathetic, so much so , I was scared my new born would get rashes... Pros: center , at city Cons: everything else more
