Im surprised I gave it a rating one, when it deserves zero. We have been quite some time here and never had a complaint solved sooner than 4 months...Imagine 4 MONTHS of hardships on a leaking fridge spoilt machine and cols water baths!!! When I was full 9 months pregnant the mechanics came and broke the tub bath, and then we had to stay a week in another apartment before they could come and solve.... Shuttling things here and there. Its a 10 year old apartment, all equipments are old the carpet is pathetic, so much so , I was scared my new born would get rashes...
