Review content:
This is an awfully bad apartment complex. The grounds are not taken care of; the outside is very dirty and unkempt. The maintenance workers an anyone else they hire have destroyed peoples porches, etc., as they do not clean up after they finish any repairs (repairs are poorly done!). There are cobwebs and dirt all over the steps-never cleaned! It costs a fortune to live here especially for the lack of space that you get, and they keep raising the rent. Not a favorable place for anyone to live! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: There are no pros!
Cons: Dirty and unkempt building. No proper cleaning of the outside of the building, steps, etc.
