ASAP Chem-Dry was totally on time which was great because I knew it was a really busy day for them and we had to be a little creative in scheduling. However, they showed up exactly on time and did a really good job. I used a similar company before and they were okay but ASAP vacuums the rooms before they start and move furniture that needs to be moved. They also fluffed up the carpet after they done. It all looks great. more

At first we had ASAP Chem-Dry clean all of the white carpet in the house we bought. They cleaned that, and the job came out beautifully. It looked so nice that we decided to have them clean our rental properties, too. They did that, and again, it all came out marvelously. They sent the same guy each time. He was outstanding. We, at one point, considered getting our carpets steam cleaned, and although it's a little cheaper, we still prefer Chem-Dry. We love the fact that after a cleaning, the carpet is not sopping wet as with steam cleaning. Scheduling cleanings with ASAP Chem-Dry is very easy. On one occasion, I called a representative right before Christmas. I told her I needed a cleaning as soon as possible, and she even tried to get some cleaners out on Christmas Eve. I told her not to worry though. They were able to send someone out the day after Christmas. It was a good example of wonderful customer service. This is a really good company to do business with. We will always go with ASAP Chem-Dry. We really couldn't ask for better people to have come into our home for this kind of service. We would definitely recommend them. more

I've been using ASAP Chem-Dry for probably about five or six years. Sometimes they do carpet cleaning through my whole house, but other times they do just a room or two. What I like about them is the that the caliber of the people they send out is very fine. For example, just this week i had to leave while the young man doing the work was here. I just left him in my house, because I know the company and felt very comfortable with them. He was an extremely fine person. That's the kind of person that comes to the house. They're people you can trust. I don't have to worry about my stuff. That's why I like using them. The number one reason why I continue with them is because they are reliable. They will call ahead of time to remind you of when they are coming. Just this last visit they called to change the date because the young man I had the appointment with got injured. I just took their next available date. They let you know what's going on. They're a fine company. I use them at both my homes. They are a family organization with young folks who are very good. One time there was an accident at one of my homes where someone got sick. My husband called ASAP Chem-Dry right away, and they came right over. Those are the kind of people I like to deal with. more
