At first we had ASAP Chem-Dry clean all of the white carpet in the house we bought. They cleaned that, and the job came out beautifully. It looked so nice that we decided to have them clean our rental properties, too. They did that, and again, it all came out marvelously. They sent the same guy each time. He was outstanding.
We, at one point, considered getting our carpets steam cleaned, and although it's a little cheaper, we still prefer Chem-Dry. We love the fact that after a cleaning, the carpet is not sopping wet as with steam cleaning.
Scheduling cleanings with ASAP Chem-Dry is very easy. On one occasion, I called a representative right before Christmas. I told her I needed a cleaning as soon as possible, and she even tried to get some cleaners out on Christmas Eve. I told her not to worry though. They were able to send someone out the day after Christmas. It was a good example of wonderful customer service.
This is a really good company to do business with. We will always go with ASAP Chem-Dry. We really couldn't ask for better people to have come into our home for this kind of service. We would definitely recommend them.
