I've been using ASAP Chem-Dry for probably about five or six years. Sometimes they do carpet cleaning through my whole house, but other times they do just a room or two. What I like about them is the that the caliber of the people they send out is very fine. For example, just this week i had to leave while the young man doing the work was here. I just left him in my house, because I know the company and felt very comfortable with them. He was an extremely fine person. That's the kind of person that comes to the house. They're people you can trust. I don't have to worry about my stuff. That's why I like using them.
The number one reason why I continue with them is because they are reliable. They will call ahead of time to remind you of when they are coming. Just this last visit they called to change the date because the young man I had the appointment with got injured. I just took their next available date. They let you know what's going on. They're a fine company.
I use them at both my homes. They are a family organization with young folks who are very good. One time there was an accident at one of my homes where someone got sick. My husband called ASAP Chem-Dry right away, and they came right over. Those are the kind of people I like to deal with.
