Worst place I have ever been associated with!!! During the 15 months I lived there...there was excessive noise from the unit upstairs, due to lack of insulation. I received no response from the rental office when I reached out for assistance on issues. This community is not at all selective about who they allow to move in. I repeatedly complained about late night noise coming from a ""garage party"" taking place right outside my window where one of the party attendees actually vomited on the side of my car!!! Then, when I decided to move out, they were completely unresponsive. After I finally moved, and left the unit in immaculate condition, they attempted to keep my entire security deposit, and bill me for an additional 350.00 for carpet replacement. When I disputed and told them that I had taken extensive photos of the unit...they informed me they had made an error and I could expect to receive my security deposit refund after all (total scam!!).\r \r more

Unprofessional & Miscreant Staff 8/7/2011

Extremely unprofessional staff namely Brittany. The staff has no customer service skills, they get defensive every time you go there to solve an issue. I had an experience with Brittany before where she was defensive with something they did wrong, and I didn't bother but this is the 3rd time so I think she deserves a review. She's not the only one last employee Brent and current employee Isaac is falling under the same category. It looks like people they hire are from the same group of disrespectful poorly educated people with no customer service skills. I especially find it sad that in this poor economy when so many people are looking for job these unprofessional miscreants are stealing these jobs that could go to people who are more serious and better educated especially in customer service.\r \r more

PISS POOR STAFF 2/13/2011

The apartments are great but lazy staff that have no customer service. I have had nothing but problems from day 1, I was moved into a moldy dishwasher which I found out later, they replaced it, leaking water pipes, they fixed, it, lights that burn out quickly, shut the water off for a whole day, and had to stay at a hotel and the office didn't care and when I asked about a solution they gave me attitude with no solution. If you want to move here you better find your own SOLUTION because staff will give you none. So far they have been very unhelpful and have consistent attitude problems. If your want to get a garage you have to give them a day notice so they can print out an amendment, which only takes few second to do but they are lazy want to charge you or have you sign a contract that is outdated and they still won't have the garage key ready until couple days later but they will charge you when you sign the contract. more

Great Place To Live! 1/31/2007

Hedges Creek is in the perfect location, you can walk across a small bridge to the local shopping center (Starbucks, Haggens, Hallmark, Petco, etc). Their apartments are spacious. They also have a great pool area and workout center. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are average for the area but the location is the best! more

Best place to live 5/25/2005

Hedges Creek is in the perfect location, their apartments are spacious and feel like home not to mention they have a great pool area and workout center. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are average for the area but the location is the best you will find! You can literally walk acros a small bridge to Starbucks and Haggen. If you are an aparment dweller looking to move you MUST take a look here. more
