Worst place I have ever been associated with!!! During the 15 months I lived there...there was excessive noise from the unit upstairs, due to lack of insulation. I received no response from the rental office when I reached out for assistance on issues. This community is not at all selective about who they allow to move in. I repeatedly complained about late night noise coming from a ""garage party"" taking place right outside my window where one of the party attendees actually vomited on the side of my car!!! Then, when I decided to move out, they were completely unresponsive. After I finally moved, and left the unit in immaculate condition, they attempted to keep my entire security deposit, and bill me for an additional 350.00 for carpet replacement. When I disputed and told them that I had taken extensive photos of the unit...they informed me they had made an error and I could expect to receive my security deposit refund after all (total scam!!).\r
