Review content:
The apartments are great but lazy staff that have no customer service. I have had nothing but problems from day 1, I was moved into a moldy dishwasher which I found out later, they replaced it, leaking water pipes, they fixed, it, lights that burn out quickly, shut the water off for a whole day, and had to stay at a hotel and the office didn't care and when I asked about a solution they gave me attitude with no solution. If you want to move here you better find your own SOLUTION because staff will give you none. So far they have been very unhelpful and have consistent attitude problems. If your want to get a garage you have to give them a day notice so they can print out an amendment, which only takes few second to do but they are lazy want to charge you or have you sign a contract that is outdated and they still won't have the garage key ready until couple days later but they will charge you when you sign the contract.
