Extremely unprofessional staff namely Brittany. The staff has no customer service skills, they get defensive every time you go there to solve an issue. I had an experience with Brittany before where she was defensive with something they did wrong, and I didn't bother but this is the 3rd time so I think she deserves a review. She's not the only one last employee Brent and current employee Isaac is falling under the same category. It looks like people they hire are from the same group of disrespectful poorly educated people with no customer service skills. I especially find it sad that in this poor economy when so many people are looking for job these unprofessional miscreants are stealing these jobs that could go to people who are more serious and better educated especially in customer service.\r
