RUN RUN RUN\r Read the feedback others have left. Literally spend 5 minutes online searching ANY place and you will see. This is not your typical company. This is s SCAM. The guy is a total cheat. Call any distributor... where pool builders buy their materials. They will tell you the truth. \r FRAUD.\r Our pool had to be redone after 2 years. Every aspect of the pool was done rushed, with horrible workmanship and cheap products. He doesn't pay his subs and the ones he has hate hi. They filled me in.\r RUN AWAY!!!!! more

This is not a good company. In total agreement with every review on this site. Horrible workmanship, no schedule, horrendous subcontractors, no supervision. The guy is smooth- he is a compulsive liar. In fact I think con artist is a better term. Needless to say- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! more

It is difficult to put into words how bad our experience with Artesian, and specifically the owner Bob W, has been. Having dealt with pool builders before, our expectations were not high. So we set the bar low -- and still Bob never came close to hitting it. He took on work he had no idea how to do, failed to take responsibility for his errors and mistakes, was frequently rude, literally yelled at us for requesting a status update, and has questionable business practices. His much touted years of experience in the pool business have honed his skills in bullying his clients, rather than building pools. Between poor workmanship, the wrong color pebble finish, and damage to surrounding areas, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. In the end, we were just happy to have the saga end. We will live with the pool color. We will get the damage and mistakes addressed on our own. And we will hope the tile and plaster don't fail prematurely. more

Using Artesian pools in Doylestown / Philadelphia PA was the worst mistake I think I have made in a very long time. Many local ?pool people? told me not to use the owner and I should have listened. I did not because the price was right however in the end I was wrong. The owner was extremely unprofessional, nasty and just outright rude to my wife and me. He promised that we would not have any issues and that his customer service was the best. If we did have any issues (because they will happen) or concerns that he would take care of them or at least address them in a timely manner. Well that was NOT the case. The owner would ignore my emails, calls and texts about any of my concerns. I even had to go purchase replacement steps for my own pool since he did not have the time to get them. Also the company that I purchased the steps from almost didn?t sell them to me because of him and his reputation in the locale area. Also I had to schedule my own pool water delivery since he was no help. In addition I could not schedule my delivery since I was never told me when his crew would be showing up. I never knew when his team would show up or leave. After my pool was completed he did not even come to see it or tell me how to take care of it. I spent a lot of money and yet he never showed up or even called. Again I would not recommend this company to anyone. Regardless of the price, the extra money spent would have been well worth it? DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS COMPANY!!! more

The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. His business conduct can only be described as Napoleon-like mixed with a schoolyard bully. He is condescending to women and appears to discount any opinion a woman may have on the project planning. He masks his intimidation tactics with a ""know-it-all, been in the business for years"" attitude. He'll ""yes"" the consumer to death and then treats you like you don't count and he doesn't need your business. Demands cash only payments from beginning to end, which could be indicative of some type of tax evasion going on. Bottom line -- spend the extra money for a real pool contractor and not one that suffers from some type of small-man inferiority complex. more

I am pretty sure this company has changed names 2-3-4X!!!!!! Artesian Pools, Artesian Custom Pools, Pools by Artesian Inc. What a joke. Why do they do that??? I wonder. Rude rude rude. more
