Using Artesian pools in Doylestown / Philadelphia PA was the worst mistake I think I have made in a very long time. Many local ?pool people? told me not to use the owner and I should have listened. I did not because the price was right however in the end I was wrong. The owner was extremely unprofessional, nasty and just outright rude to my wife and me. He promised that we would not have any issues and that his customer service was the best. If we did have any issues (because they will happen) or concerns that he would take care of them or at least address them in a timely manner. Well that was NOT the case. The owner would ignore my emails, calls and texts about any of my concerns. I even had to go purchase replacement steps for my own pool since he did not have the time to get them. Also the company that I purchased the steps from almost didn?t sell them to me because of him and his reputation in the locale area. Also I had to schedule my own pool water delivery since he was no help. In addition I could not schedule my delivery since I was never told me when his crew would be showing up. I never knew when his team would show up or leave. After my pool was completed he did not even come to see it or tell me how to take care of it. I spent a lot of money and yet he never showed up or even called. Again I would not recommend this company to anyone. Regardless of the price, the extra money spent would have been well worth it? DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS COMPANY!!!
