Review content:
The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. His business conduct can only be described as Napoleon-like mixed with a schoolyard bully. He is condescending to women and appears to discount any opinion a woman may have on the project planning. He masks his intimidation tactics with a ""know-it-all, been in the business for years"" attitude. He'll ""yes"" the consumer to death and then treats you like you don't count and he doesn't need your business. Demands cash only payments from beginning to end, which could be indicative of some type of tax evasion going on. Bottom line -- spend the extra money for a real pool contractor and not one that suffers from some type of small-man inferiority complex.
