Most knowledgeable and intuitive option 7/17/2013

Over the years, Art Electric & HVAC Inc. has done quite a bit of work for me. I've had rental units where Art installed new HVAC units or fixed preexisting equipment. He's not the cheapest guy on the market, but is without a doubt the most intuitive, creative, and knowledgeable out there. In the long run, how well he can make things work is worth it. more

Art Electric & HVAC was punctual and thorough. He did AC work for me because it wasn't cooling. Everything turned out excellent. I've been a customer for more than a year. I've had too many bad experience with other people and haven't had a bad experience with Art. I would recommend them. Trust them. Feel totally confident that they do a thorough job. more

I have recommended Art Electric & HVAC Inc to a lot of people, he is awesome. I had two AC units struck by lightning. He came out and did everything possible to fix what I had, but it came down to replacing both of them. He gave me a great deal on pricing and I am very happy with his work. I was so satisfied that I then had him redo the AC on a rental property I have. The service is amazing, he has a strong background and has been in business for quite some time. more

Art Electric & HVAC replaced my air conditioning unit after it was struck by lightening. He was incredibly helpful and informative. He takes time to explain what went wrong and what needs to be done. No drama, an easy and simple repair. 2/25/2013

I hired Art Electric & HVAC to put in some outlets and do general electrical work. The customer service was good. They were very straight to the point and concise with their work. It was a simple process and there was no drama. Furnace Repairs 11/6/2012

Another highly rated company quoted $650 for repair or $1800.00 for a new furnace. So, I called Art Inc. They came over inspected system and determined it needed small induction fan replaced. Total cost less than $125.00. Really appreciate the honesty and skill. Would recommend highly. more

Art always gets back to me, and even though he may not be able to come right away, he always comes as soon as he can. He's also very quick if you're having an emergency. I just just moved from Plano to Tennessee, but I was using Art Electric & HVAC in Plano for about five years. Art always fixed the problem we had within a reasonable window of time and cost effectiveness. more

The products were in working order from the beginning. He needs to work on his communication. He is high-strung, fast, and non-stop. He has all this energy. I have rent properties, and I have my own personal property too. I used to just have Art Electric do a lot of my rental properties, because my wife is very particular, but he had done so well with them that I let him work on my home property too. more

Art from Art Electric & HVAC Inc is a really good electrician and air and heating guy. He'll always come over to do what needs to be done. He goes above and beyond for his customers, if he sees something that needs to be done while he's working, he'll go ahead and just do it. Also, he cleans up when he's done. I've recommended his services to a few people over the years I've been using him. more
