Art always gets back to me, and even though he may not be able to come right away, he always comes as soon as he can. He's also very quick if you're having an emergency.
I just just moved from Plano to Tennessee, but I was using Art Electric & HVAC in Plano for about five years. Art always fixed the problem we had within a reasonable window of time and cost effectiveness.
