Art from Art Electric & HVAC Inc is a really good electrician and air and heating guy. He'll always come over to do what needs to be done. He goes above and beyond for his customers, if he sees something that needs to be done while he's working, he'll go ahead and just do it. Also, he cleans up when he's done. I've recommended his services to a few people over the years I've been using him. more

We have several rental properties, and Art Electric & HVAC has done everything from completely new HVAC systems to rewiring houses, to brand new electrical panels. They have done major and minor HVAC repairs as well. Everything has been done fine; we have never had to call them back. If there is a problem, like we had with one HVAC system, they made it right, and it was not an issue. They were very prompt and got back with us immediately. We have been using Art Electric & HVAC for about 7 years. They are very responsive and pay attention to detail. They are very, very neat and clean up after themselves. It is amazing. more

They have done major and minor HVAC repairs as well. Everything has been done fine; we have never had to call them back. I've been a loyal customer of Art Electric for seven years. I trust Art wholeheartedly. He is friendly and personable. He is also really flexible with his time and is very responsive to scheduling. What I really appreciate about Art is that he takes the time to educate his customers. He doesn't just tell you what you need, but he will explain why you need it and what it will do for you. This helped me to feel confident and secure in my purchasing decisions because I felt that I was armed with the knowledge of how things worked. My energy bill went way down because I listened to his suggestions. I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend his services. more

Art Electric & HVAC provides excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He asked probing questions to make sure I got what I needed and to understand what happened. Art was definitely a person who wanted to help me and told me what to do in the future if something happened again. He really educated me in things I did not know, and that is one reason I gave him high marks. This is my second time using Art Electric, but the first time was just for regular maintenance a couple years ago. This second time was more intense. His work is perfect, and he follows up after he is done to make sure everything is fine. The quality of work is top notch. Art is a people person, and will make your concerns his concerns. He remembers his customers. Even though I hadn't used him for a long time, he remembered me and called me by name. I would recommended him to anybody. I am protective of my family and would only recommend them the best. I would recommend Art Electric & HVAC to my family. I think the world of Art. Not only does he provide quality customer service, he provides excellent quality work. He is not just a regular service man. If he says he will call you at 5, he calls at 5. Our experience with the workers was great. They were thorough and professional. 12/14/2010

Once he got there, he got the job done and he was ultimately reliable, but he was not good about following up or returning calls. We had them do a full AC replacement, and it turns out the wiring was not done properly, which inconvenienced our tenant, but he did eventually respond.
