Travis and Matt from Armstrong Plumbing 1/29/2016

We have used Armstrong Plumbing in the past . During our bathroom remodel with Kitchen Mart, a leak was discovered in the pipes under the bathroom floor. Travis and Matt came to our house in the afternoon, surveyed the issue and prepared a quote for the work. They were on time the next morning, worked with KM, and worked very to dig out the broken/cracked pipes and install new pipes. The next day they returned in the morning to finish some custom work to close off a toilet line & prepare the placement of new toilet plumbing. They were polite, answered my questions and cleaned up after they were done. The situation was very stressful but we felt very confident in their approach to the work. Thank you for your work. more

Plumbing Problems 12/28/2015

I had a leaking toilet and plug washer drain. Armstrong came out on time and fixed all problems in a very timely manner. Travis was very pleasant and knowledgeable and that is why I continue to use Armstrong Plumbing. They are also very affordable. more

Kenneth B 12/3/2015

I found a "Kenny" but not a "Kenneth B" on your website, and the photo of "Kenny" maybe could be Kenneth but, if it is, he was much heavier when photo taken. Kenneth B installed a new toilet at my house today and installed a replacement filtered water tap in my kitchen. He was friendly and informative. I appreciated his attention to my need to be as frugal as possible without compromising the quality of his work. He was punctual, efficient, and professional, always consulting me first when alternatives arose. I would call Armstrong again on the strength of Kenneth B's conduct here today. Thank you! more

Dan J did a heck of a job 11/11/2015

I had a huge emergency with my bathroom Tuesday morning. I called armstrong plumbing and Dan came by at 7:30am. He was quick and efficient with the process. He tried every trick in the book to help my sewage situation. We later figured out it was the city's mainline, but he did do what he did, the situation would have been much worse!! Thank you Dan for doing such a great job and worked real hard to help me!! more

Toilet Clogged 11/4/2015

Peter C. and his assistant were very efficient in determining the problem with the toilet and after many flushes with a 5 gallon bucket were able to solve the problem with just the one visit. Many thanks. Job well done! The next time I need a plumber, Armstrong will be the one! more

Armstrong goes above and beyond 10/31/2015

Mark called me to let me know he was running late. (very nice!) When he and Matt arrived they were very thorough and explained what they were doing. It turned out I didn't have a plumbing problem but water was getting onto the floor from the shower and leaking through the floor and dripping downstairs. Mark said I could just put plastic "wings" on the side of the tub to prevent water from getting out. I'm not very handy and wasn't sure what they were or how to install them. Then he proceeded to go to the hardware store and bought the wings and put them in for me. Matt caulked around the bottom of the tub and the floorboards, all the while explaining what he was doing. I feel they went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Plumbing. more

Armstrong gets an A 10/30/2015

I called Armstrong Plumbing a couple of days ago to set up an appointment for someone to come over and cap off a gas line. Kenny just left my house a few minutes ago after doing a great job (and quickly too--which is nice because the first half hour is included in the service call fee). I've used Armstrong several times in the past and they have always been awesome. This time was no different. =) more

Dan Johnson 10/26/2015

I asked Dan to a) snake my tub drain, b) investigate the low water pressure in the Kitchen and c) replace the main shut-off valve in the front yard. True to plumbing repair, every one of these tasks involved unforeseen problems that escalated as time went on. Dan took on every one with a can-do forceful attitude. At the end of the day all the issues were resolved. Throughout the event Dan kept a very positive, professional and pleasant demeanor. Armstrong is my go-to plumbing outfit. Kenton more

Toilet Replacement 9/26/2015

Kenneth was the technician who arrived to determine what was wrong with the toilet for be bedroom, it was not fixable. showed me some replacements including the total cost for each. Came back the following day and replaced the old with the new. Professional job done quickly and neatly. I have used Armstrong before and never been disapointed, and will use them in the future more

Plumbing without the Pain 9/14/2015

I was so incredibly impressed with Armstrong Plumbing and Dan J. today. They "squeezed" me into their schedule and Dan was here for a long time, fixing my problem and checking other areas. He was polite, friendly and very efficient! He gave me quotes on other services and items I'm interested in and the rates and cost are very affordable! Not my usual plumbing experience - this was SO much better! more

Very pleased! 9/2/2015

I was very pleased with the service I received from Armstrong Plumbing and from Mike, the technician. He called about 30 minutes before the appt to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. He was careful to keep things clean, such as putting on shoe covers so as not to track anything on the carpet. He did a great job, and the leaky area has been totally dry since the fix. I also appreciated that Armstrong Plumbing made a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure everything was OK. I will definitely use Armstrong again. more
