I called and he quickly arrived at my home and on top of his friendliness, he made sure that I felt comfortable with the information he was giving me and that I felt the job was complete before he left. I called Armstrong the middle of the afternoon on a Friday for service on my tankless water heater and I thought I probably won't be able to get anybody to come out until Monday. One hour later Jason showed up, helped me finish cleaning my heater, put it back together, and diagnosed my problem. Although Jason was on his way home, I GREATLY appreciate him making the time to help me out...and have hot water for the weekend!! more

He knew how stressed & worried I was about what had happened with my plumbing & was able to rid me of those worries. His apprentice Bruce is very fortunate to be trained by someone with integrity. This has been the best experience I have had with any home repair business. I had a botched Water Heater install by another business that left me without a solution. Having ZERO water in my Kitchen, Laundry, and only cold water in the tub is no fun ?? Then being told by the owner of the company that did the hack job that it's my problem & to call a plumber is just wrong! Armstrong Plumbing gave me a detailed report of everything not up to code or permitted & identified that my water pressure/blockages were the direct result of an improper install. Greg did a great job. He checked the problem out thoroughly and explained it to me. He also explained possible solutions and the reasons behind them. The toilet's very old; implementing the best fix will take some time, so he provided a great temporary solution to help me get through the interim. Plus he's just a nice, friendly guy. Give this man a raise. He represents his company very well. more

Russell and his assistant did an outstanding job, they came to jet spray my sewer pipes, but, when his camera could not pass through a particular area he knew that his jet line would not either. He reduced the job to just snaking out the kitchen drain, and he did not perform any unnecessary work, which I found to be very honest. The team was also very informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service. more
