Great Service-Dedicated Employee\r \r Mark came in on Monday and ran a diagnostic on our water heater. The part was ordered to be delivered ""next day"" and would be installed either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the delivery time. Mark called early Tuesday afternoon and was here to install the part within the hour. We really appreciate dealing with a company that keeps its word in addition to doing a great job. Service is extremely important to us and we highly recommend both Armstrong Plumbing and Mark! more

Highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing. The phone was answered quickly and professionally and it only took a few minutes to get an appointment scheduled. Laird called before arrival and was on time. He worked diligently to identify my leak, which was very small and difficult to find. He repaired it quickly and recommended next steps for repair to my home for the results of the leak. It was like having a very knowledgeable friend helping me. more

Armstrong plumbing was awesome! Laird came to our home today and was polite, courteous, friendly and all around so wonderful! He unclogged my tub and checked out the sink in record time and was so personable and even my kids watched as he worked in the bathroom. Laird was fast, efficient and I would highly recommend Laird and the Armstrong plunking company! Laird deserves a raise and if all the employees are like Laird this company is one to beat!! Thank you for your help, reasonable price and amazing experience! more

I had the guys come out to an elderly lady's home and repair the broken sewer line. They worked with my schedule, they were asked not to speak to the elderly woman because the stress would be too much for her. They were so great about sticking to the guidelines we had set for them. The cost was affordable. They gave a bid for the work needed; not a lot of work that was not necessary. They are honest, dependable, and hard working. What more are you looking for? more

Armstrong responds quickly and gets the job done right! 12/28/2010

I had used you at my last home about 10 years ago when my son had just died and everyone was coming to the house and the plumbing in the bathroom was out of whack. The fairly young man that came was very kind, again no fuss, just took care of everything - and saved the day from being a mess. Yes, very professional is the best description and i hope expresses my appreciation for both times I have called you. more

Armstrong Plumbing came in and redid my faucet. I had a handy person put a faucet in and he made a mess of it. I had to have someone else come out and Armstrong came in and did a very good job. He was about ten minutes late and called me to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, friendly, and it works beautifully. He also took a section under my sink, a big canister that was in my way and offered to take it out. He took it out, and I had a lot of room under the sink. It's the little things like that that make a person valuable. more

They started the job on the day they promised and worked every day until the job was complete. Their plumber and helper worked hard and diligently despite cramped and awkward areas to service and under extreme heat conditions. They were totally efficient and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. more

Never using anyone else but Armstrong for plumbing needs! 7/22/2010

I've used Armstrong twice now. First for a busted water heater and then again when I needed all the pipes in my house replaced. As a single woman, with a much older home, I was more then a little overwhelmed at first when I had to replace the pipes. They did an amazing job at very reasonable rates and everyone I encountered from the office employees to the two guys who sweated it out around and under my house for days in 100 degree weather were all very professional and efficient. It's been a month since they did the job and the water pressure in my home is amazing now! more

They have always been very good to me. They are responsive and everybody who works there is very helpful toward my clients and me. From Matt on down, they are all very conscientious. I have probably been using them as long they have been in business. I am a real estate broker and I use them personally as well for my clients. I have a management portfolio and I use them for all properties I manage. It has been a positive experience. They do excellent work and they are easy to communicate with. They will talk to you and work out how to resolve problems. For instance, they just replaced the sewer line at a clientâ??s property and it was very expensive work. Replaced water heater at our apartment. 7/6/2010

Great job on follow through. You provided manual for the heater-thanks. Got the job done fast and on budget. Please next time-the heater you quoted and the one you installed had different specs, give the actual specs of what you are installing. Their follow-up was wonderful. I could always get someone who would be able to get me the answers I needed. Thanks, Dennis more
