Quick and excellent service 9/14/2018

I had an under sink valve break, and in the process of fixing it defective plumbing work by the original contractor came apart inside the wall. Armstrong Plumbing sent out Peter C who quickly figured out how to fix the problem so we could turn the water back on, and saved us from having to cancel a family event. Thanks. more

Great Experience Again! 9/14/2018

I called and scheduled an appointment to get 2 sinks repaired and a toilet. George came at the scheduled time, even calling ahead to tell me he was 15 minutes away. He fixed both sinks and the toilet in no time. He answered my questions and was polite. Highly recommend and will use again and again more

Emergency Repair Excellent 7/29/2018

Peter C responded to an emergency call quicker than his original estimate. He was prompt and courteous and finished the job in about 1/2 the time I expected. I would recommend Armstrong Plumbing to anyone. more

Ramon was punctual, arriving 5 minutes before stated time. He was courteous and friendly. He reviewed my clogged sink and took the time to explain the problem - showing me exactly what and where the problem was - before clearing the drain. He wore plastic covering on his shoes and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the work. Ramon even took a moment to answer my questions about the chalk buildup in the toilet bowls and suggested a way to clear up the problem. He was nice and courteous during his time in my home. I will recommend him to anyone who asks about the services of a plumber. I cannot rate the price because the service was paid for by the landlord. more

POLITE, PROMPT, AND CONCERNED 7/7/2018

The telephone people were very polite and followed through on the call back. To me fixing our leaking kitchen faucet was a high priority, as we have guests coming this weekend. They understood my concern and worked to fit me into their busy schedule as soon as possible. The Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely use Armstrong for my plumbing needs. more

Very much appreciate the prompt and courteous service by the phone people and the technician Greg. Fixing our leaking kitchen faucet was a priority for us as guests are coming this weekend. Armstrong was accommodating in quickly working us into their busy schedule. The Tech called prior to the appointment, and was friendly and efficient. Outstanding Service! 7/5/2018

I was in desperate need of a plumber to install a kitchen faucet I had purchased. After dealing with another company for a week trying to get this installed, and finally finding out they were going to charge over $700.00 for the job I started searching again. Spoke with the wonderful woman in the office who quoted me the initial price and what the hourly charge would be if there were any complications. VERY reasonable. She arranged to have the technician, Greg T., here within a couple of hours. Faucet replaced and job well done in a very timely manner. First company I've dealt with in a long time that provided such great customer service with no hidden charges or "up-sell". Thank you so much for providing such a great service! more

Drain 6/24/2018

I used Armstrong Plumbing about 5 years ago and really liked the work they did at that time. Our main drain clogged this week so I called them again. Petra scheduled an appointment for me and clearly explained the charges involved and who would be coming. She followed up throughout the day. Evan showed up on time and got right to work. After clearing 100 feet of the drain, it turned out there was another clog beyond that. I asked him if they did hydro jetting and it turned out they do. Ramon came later and used the hydro jet which completely cleared the whole length of the drain. He explained the idiosyncrasies of our main and also the lengths running off the main. I was really impressed with him and the service I received from everyone I interacted with. It's a great organization! more

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable 12/27/2017

Greg was an amazing technician. We have had a main line back up problem at our rental, and were in dire need of help. Greg called with an ETA, was on time and got straight to work. Within 30 minutes our line was clear, and he explained possible causes specific to our house. He wore booties in the house to prevent a mess form his shoes and was respectful of our home. Would highly recommend! more

Would Recommend 12/21/2017

I used Armstrong Plumbing for the first time and would be happy to use them again. My issue was a backed-up sewer line, causing intolerable problems in my house. It wasn't discovered until 1pm, but when I called Armstrong they were, thankfully, able to come out that same day. Everyone I dealt with, from the woman answering the phone to the man who fixed our problem (who I believe was Evan) was kind and professional. more
