Winter and the heat does not work 1/7/2016

Jeff was able to come out the day we called with our furnace out, diagnose the problem and had the repair part needed on the truck. He completed the repair, offered a suggestion on appropriate furnace filters and had our heat up quickly. Thank you Jeff! more

Plumbing Repairs 12/30/2015

Patrick has been to our home twice in the last ten days. He has been extraordinary in solving some specific plumbing issues, but moreover in helping solve other water issues in our basement. I cannot say enough about Patrick's willingness to help and knowledge. He spends the time necessary to explain what he is doing, suggestions for improvements and how everything works. He was right on time and worked through the issues quickly. He went up and beyond what we had hired him for and was very helpful. In the end I trust Patrick to provide us the best possible plumbing solutions for our home. more

Wonderful Plumbing Experience 11/21/2015

Tom H. with Ambrust came to our home to fix a leaky toilet. What a wonderful guy - knowledgeable, friendly, timely, etc. Also felt the pricing was very fair. I obviously do not wish for any more plumbing problems, but if so I feel so comfortable and relieved to have Tom and Ambrust to call. Highly recommend!!!!! more

Alan was here this morning to install a backup sump pump. He called first and arrived right when he said he would. He was professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and at the end showed me photos of the pump and how it worked. I just started using this company for furnace and air conditioning check up earlier this year and could not be happier with the service I have received from everyone. I wanted to find a company I could call that would eventually know me as a customer and I am happy to say I found it. more

Was able to get schedule same morning. Alan C. called 10 minutes ahead per standard Armbrust practice. He fixed all of the problems promptly. Good service, problems solved. Very satisfied. more

Plumbing problem 9/18/2015 9/23/2015

Called the dispatch # at 10:30 AM & told them problem was water in basement from floor drain. Told a tech would be at the house between 1-2PM. Dave W arrived at 1:40. He had all the equipment needed to fix problem. He was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after fixing. Great tech! more

Plumbing work 9/19/2015

Tom H showed up to fix our problem 15-20 minuets after I called Armburst. I know this is not always possible. He diagnosed the problem with our sump pump and had it fixed in less than an hour. We've dealt with Tom before and know him to be a master plumber. Thanks Tom. more

Replace piping for kitchen drain and support piping 9/14/2015

Alan C and his coworked Tom H did a wonderfully efficient job at replacing the pipe and properly supporting it so that it would not sag as the initially installed pipe. They were so efficient, quick and clean that they were finished in two hours and final cost reflected that they spent ~1/2 the estimated time. more
