Installation of Recirculation Pump 1/23/2015

Dave confirmed the service call the day before, arrived on time, and installed the pump within an hour. He cleaned up the area after he was finished and took away the old pump for recycling. The price was as quoted and he answered all my questions before he left. Armbrust has done several jobs for us in the past and I would highly recommend their services. more

Furnace installation 12/7/2014

Dave worked diligently for two days to complete the job of replacing two furnaces. Work area was kept clean as was his "pathway" from our front door through a hallway and down the stairwell. Arrived early each day ready to go. Would definitely recommend Armbrust and Dave. more

Two year furnace cleaning 10/18/2014

Tom Heyman Service Performance 10/5/2014

I cannot say enough about Tom's professionalism and performance. He came out on a Saturday afternoon with a smile on his face. He was quick, technically sound, kept everything clean, installed a water heater efficiently and within two hours. I was impressed by the fact that Armbrust got someone out to me on a weekend and sent a technician who was so technically sound and proficient. Do not hesitate to call on the services of Armbrust when in need, especially when they have such solid professional like Tom Heyman in their employ. Thanks guys! more

Leaking Pipe in Floor of Bathroom 8/29/2014

Tom was very professional and courteous, as usual. He graciously spent time discussing the problem via phone before coming to our house. He returned phone calls and arrived on time to do the job. He QUICKLY and accurately assessed and diagnosed the problem. He had to cut into the wall and the ceiling to assess and do the work. The cutting was minimized as much as possible and very clean from start to finish. He communicated clearly what he was going to be doing, and why. The "big" job didn't seem so big as he worked very confidently and efficiently. We have, and always will ask for Tom anytime we need work done. Who thought having a plumber come to the house could be such a pleasant experience! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom! Don't lose this one, Armbrust!! more

Furnace Repair (Jeff B. from Armbrust Plumbing) 2/1/2014

Overall excellent experience. Jeff arrived right at 8am as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided sound advice on alternatives for the repair. Furnace was fixed within an hour and a half which included tracking down a replacement part. Cost was at the low end of the range quoted -- no surprises. I would highly recommend Jeff B. and Armbrust for HVAC. more

Great Job with freezeup repairs 1/13/2014

The main water valve to New Covenant Church in Naperville froze during our recent bitter cold weather and needed to be replaced. Armbrust was very responsive getting someone out to do the work during what was I'm sure a very busy week for them. They arrived exactly at the time promised. I can't say enough about the young man who did the work, Patrick Armbrust. He was courteous and professional and did a teriffic job in very difficult circumstances. The area he had to work in was very cramped to say the least and he had to remove a very stubborn 45 year old valve first before he could do the repairs. Needless to say, the church is very grateful that the repairs could be completed in a timely manner and that we did not have to cancel our Sunday services. Kudos to Armbrust for providing the services as promised during a trying week and to Patrick for his professionalism and hard work. We will definitely be using Armbrust again. more

Plumbing Work 9/20/2013

We've been using Armbrust for our plumbing work for years and have always been more than satisfied. Patrick was here this morning and not only did a superb job, but told us we didn't work we thought we needed. He repaired it with a simple fix.
