Professional, courtious, fast service! 8/16/2018

Tom H came out when our toilets on the first floor were no longer flushing. After looking everything over, he diagnosed it as an ejector pump. Not only did he keep me informed every step of the way, but he was able to get a new one and have us up and running that same day! Tom was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous! We would love to have him back next time we need a plumber! more

The answer to all our plumbing needs 8/13/2018

My family has used Armbrust for many years - beginning in Wheaton and after we moved Naperville. We called them for small jobs and big jobs such as cracked sewer pipe and everything in between. This time Pat A. came for an emergency burned out ejector pump. He took the call quickly, had the replacement pump on his truck and charged a fair price. Armbrust is the company you want to call for your plumbing needs. more

First, Tom insisted we go over the work we requested, what he would to do comply and what was accomplished. He clearly demonstrated that he was most concerned with completing the work correctly and to our satisfaction. And, he likely saved us money because he was able to repair the hardware we had and not replace any unnecessary parts. He was adamant about controlling the cost. more

I would give Tom 6 Stars if I could. He was a real pro. Went right to work and removed the stubborn shower head in a matter of minutes. Installed and tested the new part, and cleaned up the area. We now have a brand new shower head that will last us a very long time. Thanks again Tom H.!!!! more

I've trusted Armbrust for over 10 years for all my plumbing jobs big and small. Tom Heyman prepped the worksite with drop cloths, confirmed that the work he was planning to do is what was proposed, gave us options when the old pipework didn't behave as hoped and walked us through the work to ensure we were satisfied. And we are very satisfied. more
