Tom was very professional and courteous, as usual. He graciously spent time discussing the problem via phone before coming to our house. He returned phone calls and arrived on time to do the job. He QUICKLY and accurately assessed and diagnosed the problem. He had to cut into the wall and the ceiling to assess and do the work. The cutting was minimized as much as possible and very clean from start to finish. He communicated clearly what he was going to be doing, and why.
The "big" job didn't seem so big as he worked very confidently and efficiently.
We have, and always will ask for Tom anytime we need work done. Who thought having a plumber come to the house could be such a pleasant experience!
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom!
